Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
1. Timeframe for Returns
- 30 - Day Return Window: Customers must contact us within 30 days of the package being delivered. If 30 days have elapsed since the purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions
2.1 General Eligibility
- For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
2.2 Exceptions to Returns
- Returns will not be accepted if the damage is caused by unauthorized maintenance, misusing, collision, negligence, or abuse.
2.3 Shipping Cost Responsibilities
2.3.1 Teslaoro - Covered Shipping Costs
- If the item arrives damaged, is not the same as what was purchased, or if we delivered to the wrong address, we will provide a return label and arrange for a refund or exchange at no cost to the customer.
2.3.2 Customer - Covered Shipping Costs
- If the customer simply does not like the product for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Pre - Shipment Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order before the product is shipped, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Post - Shipment Cancellation: Once the product has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchange Method: The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can contact Teslaoro, and we will assist in sending a return label. Once the return is received and accepted, we will send the correct replacement.
5. How to Return an Item or Order
5.1 Contact Customer Service
- Start the return process by contacting our Customer Service team with the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Product photos/videos and package box labels
- Unauthorized returns without prior approval from Teslaoro will not be accepted, and no replacement or refund will be provided.
5.2 Prepare the Return Package
- Insert your receipt, along with the items, back into the original packaging.
5.3 Hand Over to Courier
- Turn the package over to the courier. After the courier has checked the return shipment, securely close the package.
6. Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Teslaoro will issue refunds to the customer's account using the original payment method.
- Refund Processing Time: Once your package reaches us, please allow 1 - 2 business days for the return to be processed. If the damage issue is confirmed, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. If more than 3 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us.
